Mikaelo Bronŝtejn’s last CD, Printempo bluĵinsa, was released in 2006. Naturally, several dozens of new songs were written in the following years. He therefore presented thirty songs to several of his artist friends and asked each one to make up a list of their favorites. By combining three of these lists from people of absolutely different tastes, he picked out the fifteen songs most appreciated by each of the three people.
It’s great to have good friends – and he has some. Without them, the new album would only have been a dream. Sergeo Straŝnenko found time to record the songs at an affordable price in Riga, and agreed to play the guitar and sing along with Mikaelo. They recorded the album in October 2012. Garik Kokolija and Maksim Griŝin in Moscow took charge of publishing the album, and La antaŭlasta trajno was ready by December. Mikaelo thanks them all!
He presents the new songs in this new album without breaking away from his previous style – humoristic, sentimental, lyrical. The booklet, very complete, produced by the publisher in Moscow, contains not only the lyrics, but also short commentary on each song, and sometimes even a glossary, absolutely necessary.
